Hi Lyn, The juice i got was from strictly was double mint, and its excellent. I only used that site to get the pre-cut blue cart filling, but needed to get the order up to 10$ to get free delivery, so the juice was a bonus anyway. On a downer now mind, my black SD has stopped working...again i had to send it back last week, recieved it fixed 3 days ago, and its gone again. no power at all, swapped out the batteries and atties with me working Gold SD, and still nothing. I'm starting to think it could be a faulty set of batteries causing a shortage. one of the 4 batts i recieved in the starter pack was DOA, not sure if that has any relevance. Emailed the caveman, awaiting reply.

thanks for that Chrissie, i'll pick some up in town later on.
Well yeah, it is a fair number of atomisers I've been through, i'm going to put it down to experience. - and bad luck!
in the early days, I guess i probably wasn't using enough juice to keep them wet, though i'm definitely on the right lines now I know what I'm doing. Having a decent battery E-cig helps massively. Not lost any atomisers for a fortnight - gerrin lo0ol

Yeah, must admit that's the 1 thing i'm not keen on with the SD's, the button placement. They're great for in the house, but not mad on using it in public. Took it out last week, me mates were calling me Bin Laden haha. I've just got a Tornado today, works great, very stylish and easy to use. So now I have a full set of excellent working battery devices, some great cart filler (that blue pre-cut stuff from strictly e juice USA is quality), decent juice is plentiful, now all I need to do is suss out the last thing I'm having trouble with...the dreaded atomisers. I've chucked 6 away since i started 9 weeks ago...the ones from Trog are working great, but i want a method of cleaning that actually works... On the TW packaging of the tornado, it says use canned air to clean them up...anyone know where to buy this from, as i've not a bloody clue, but i'd like to try it on these trog's atomisers when they do drop off...cos i know they will lo0l.

I like the sound of this... strictlyejuice.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=49&products_id=222I bought some fluval type stuff, it was white, and tried to cut my own, but tbh it's a right faff on (for me anyway), and it didn't taste too clever either, I'm thinking maybe i bought the wrong material, so it's binned. i like the idea of it being pre-cut to size for convenience. I topped the order up with some E-juice to $10, so it's free shipping.

I've finally gotten round to trying the VS Imperial, i ordered 2x 10ml to replace a PCC i had on backorder with them (changed my mind on the PCC as i since discovered the SD) Managed to get some 5ml bottles to decant the liquid into, as those VS bottles are impossible to drip from. Have to say its pretty good, not a whole lot of difference from the Marlboro i was using. The colour of mine is a cross between like a gold/rust/red colour, hard to describe but definitely not pink. Not sure if i'd order it again mind, as there's far too many out there that i'd like to try. A steady 7/10 from me.

That's a few people I've read in the last week or so being sent the wrong labelled bottles from VS. Bit of a concern as i have 4 unopened 10ml from them , 2x Imperial, 1x London and a Frost.

Lol, don't despair If you already have the spares, then yeah, but you still gotta stick £6-7 postage on top, making it about £45 all in just for the bodies...Bodies, sounds macabre lol. I was including the spares pack, which is £34-99. Making it £81 all in. If you're going halves, it'd be pretty pointless getting the spares pack from the SD site, as you'd only have one charger. so better to do it your way

Hi Lolli, They're easier to use than the normal e-cigs, as, to quote from the site, they 'just work'. The 2 SD's I have, I'm using one for menthol, and one for tobacco flavours, no faffing about switching carts. Still not changed the batteries, been going 2 days now, oh the luxury hehe. All you gotta do is choose the type of SD version you prefer (510, 901 or classic), and the matching spares kit to go with it. You get some free carts and e-juice when you order both items together. It's a bit of a pull-out money wise, bout £81 all in, but it's a bargain compared to the other big battery mods out there IMO. The spares are cheap, 4 batteries are only a fiver and a spare charger is a fiver. Now i've made the switch, I know I'd be mortified if one of the SD's broke and i had to go back to the normal 510 e-cig. So for that reason i'm glad of the 2 for 1 offer, as it gives you a bit of peace of mind, as well as being convenient. For me, the headache of E-cigs has been removed, the Screwdriver has simplified everything. here's the link...as doctor Nike said ..just do it www.cavecom.com/screwdriver/shop/shopindex.htm

Thanks for that battery link Scyllla, I've ordered a set and a spare charger from there.
Got my 2 SD1's yesterday. Absolutely incredible. It's like going from eating fast food burgers to fillet steak, it's a huge difference. I no longer have to suck like a vampire to get a draw, I've not changed the batteries yet, nearly a full day and still going strong. I can taste the e-liquid much better, the throat hit and vapour is consistent.
One thing I'm pleased I've done is strarted on a mini cig. I think it makes you appreciate the SD. For me, the cash outlay was siginificant, but have to say they're worth every penny.
I was a bit dubious about recommending the E-cig i started out with to friends, as there was a few too many faults and niggles with them, even though i liked them and put up with it, i knew others would get annoyed. But the SD is so perfect, i'll be doing a lot more sales pitches lol.

Well took the plunge, order came to £81.63 all in.
i was very tempted by the tornado/janty ego, which looks to do a similar job to the SD, decent battery life, and looks a bit more user friendly for taking on a night out. But for the value, had to go for the double SD package.
I think when i've run down my current 510 starter pack, i'll get the tornado, as a can't be bothered to keep on re-charging.
also ordered some juices from liberty flights, jesus this E-cig lark is more addictive than fags ever were lol...albeit much more enjoyable.

I've just emailed the caveman for a price on the 2 for 1 offer on those SD mk1's, 510 version.
i think it will work out a slightly better deal than getting the Mk2 from Totally Wicked. With that you get the 1 body, 2 batteries and 2 atties - about £68 with discounts.
Doing it the caveman way, you get 2 bodies, 4 batteries and 4 atties for hopefully no more than £85. Just need confirmation of the postage for the whole lot together. So for an extra £17, you're getting an extra body, 2 batts and 2 atties.
Just trying to convince myself lol, I have the last batch of cash from when i sold my duty free cigarettes last month, gotta make it count. Think it will be worth it in the long run going the SD route, and use my regular 510's for pub use.

Bang for buck to get you started has to be the Vapor stations 501 starter deal, easily the best value, and with a guarantee, which not all vendors offer. Maybe its just luck, but the pack i got from them, all of the parts work perfectly, unlike my 1st pack from another company, which i had to send 2 parts back. On the downside from VS, how the hell do you get the E-liquid to part company from the bottles they use... anyone have a solution? I've only the 1 bottle from them to try the VS Frost, but as yet, I couldn't tell you how good it is, as i can't get the bottle to let go of its juice lol.

the closest comparison from that table to your brand would be this..
20 Cigarettes 0.05mg nic = 10 mg Nic per day - you need 1ml 10 mg Juice
So, 20 silk cut ultra low @ 0.1mg per fag would = 2mg nic per day.
E juice intake at the 11mg strength, you would only be looking at 0.2ml
doesn't leave ya with much juice to play with per day like, unless i've worked it out wrong lol.
is the table a typo, as in
20 Cigarettes 0.05mg nic = 10 mg Nic per day should it not read 0.5mg nic for each cigarette, looks to be out by a decimal point.
