Thanks for the tips guys, with these recent months off the stinkies it appears that I had forgotten how to smoke.

In the first couple of weeks vaping I was using a 1.6ohm coiled Nautilus on a Provari at 10-12w, then I caught the nic-hit bug and started using sub-tanks at 25-40w, within a week I was building on the rba looking for big flavoursome clouds without dry hits and burnt cotton. A fortnight later I was choosing my second dripper ( or third??) and vaping pairs of homemade claptons at 70w and hand crafting coils from Old Bobs eleventy-seven strand twisted kanthal. Last week I was chuffing on an impressive but ultimately soulless TFV4 at 120w, marveling at the way that the juice vanished in huge clouds of sweet smelling vapour.
Something has been missing and with all the complicated hi power stuff I haven't seen the wood for the trees.
After ages pouring over reviews, avoiding more sub-ohm volcanic cloud specific tanks I ordered a Goblin mini. I could have bought a Kayfun ( clone) or a Squape (clone) but I wanted something shorter and less bulky on my provari.
It arrived today, I opened the box this evening, started to take it apart to clean and saw the light...single 1.4 ohm coil 8-10w.
And in that moment of inspiration I dropped the tank fill screw and it went under the cooker....shortly followed by the damned spare!
So its twenty-past ten, I've refitted the cooker, made three builds, one with too much wick in the channels, one that didn't have enough and gurgled and finally I reached Nirvana. A beautifully wicked 1.4ohm coil, fired at 10w producing a thick flavour drenched vape.
Oh yeah help! In my months long quest to fill my lungs to capacity I've forgotten something..... Can someone explain the technique of mouth to lung please?

I adjusted the levels over the 90ml mix, which brought it down to 11.5% dragon fruit and upped custard and vanillas to 8.5%, also means that I have 30ml of low nic to put into the TFV4. Todays taste test is definitely edging towards a fairly even custard and dragon fruit. Quite a nice vape just doesn't have that donkey choking thickness that came from the first test.

A few weeks back I switched from the dripper (twisted kanthal coil I usually run at 50w) to the lemo 2 (single 1.4ohm I usually run at 17w) and forget to turn the m80 down. It really wasn't ver pleasant at all haha. I seem to do this quite often, every time I curse and swear to check... Doh

This is something I found out very recently after using it in either tc mode or with a dripper at 50w from day one. I made a 0.4ohm build in a sub-tank rba and had it go into' whatever power it wants' mode with a freshly charged battery. Basically gave the coil a 55w hit if calculations are right and had me worried for a while.
The way to get around this is to use titanium tc set at 500f and read joules as watts.

where would I be able to get a few drip tips made up? What i'm looking for is for a slightly narrower conical tip for some velocitys, i don't like the whole drainpipe airflow even though the decks are great to build on. I have three, two gearbest cheapies and a Tobeco mini all of which I find the wide bore too wide and the 510 too narrow. Ideally they would be similar to the standard tip on a Mutation X4.

No worries perhaps being over optimistic with shortening the steep. Its fine in a dripper and also with tc but for some reason the sub-tank seems to taste a touch dry, similar to the difference between a sweet or dry cider. No problem with either to be honest The VG on this batch came from the chemists, nic was from theecigshop. The only PG was in the flavour and nicotine. Mix worked out 71.5% vg @ 9mg

Just a little share Vanilla Custard v1 (CAP) 11.25ml French Vanilla (CAP) 8.45ml New York Cheesecake (CAP) 8.45ml Ethyl Maltol (CAP) 1.85ml This will give you 30ml of Kreeds Kustard concentrate...........which you can then use as a single flavour at 16% in a calculator with your pg/vg/nic. So would that work as a steeped concentrate cutting down the overall time? Or just as an easy measuring option? I've not had any luck with the first 30ml , I tasted at a week old and kinda nipped away at it experimentally noting the subtle changes. 3ml is steeping in a tank, seems to be very dry at the moment, like dipping a finger into custard powder. Must admit that I havent 'done' the whole bottle because it a friend laid claim to it on Saturday night, at least I thought a little ahead and have almost 300ml under lock down.

cheers guys, found the orginal recipe but got the name wrong, turns out it was based on Sucker Punch (which I have never tried) and according to that recipe the dragonfruit percentage was defintely 14%. At least I got that right. obviously I was quite surprised and a little dissapointed by the total reversal of the flavour after a few days, I've decided turn it into a 90ml mix to reduce the fruit levels and increase the custards. Just means more juice Yep I've seen dragon fruit inclusion listed at 8-10% in quite a few recipes but who am I to argue with someones recipe idea. I have already made a couple of 10ml testers from other recipes that I thought initially might have too much flavouring. With both of these I went for 2/3 strength only to find that perhaps 20-22% flavouring was bang on.

I have 60ml of Lairey's Sweet Vanilla Scream in the back of my vape drawer steeping alongside 300ml of Kreeds Kustard. The 10ml tester I made is settling down nicely, first impressions were that the vanilla deluxe was a tad too strong but after 4 days its starting to turn into a lovely creamy vape. Nice in a dripper for sure, I've put a few ml in a subtank nano, probably too soon but it can only get better

I made 15ml of juice based upon a Dragonfruit Punch clone, 14% Dragon Fruit TPA 4% Vanilla Swirl TPA 2% Bavarian cream TPA
I made a mistake and mixed it with the wrong ratios. 4% bavarian, 2% VS.
I had a test the next day and the only way to describe it was that the flavour and vape were thick enough to be cut with a knife. Delicious thick, creamy, sweet dragonfruit that litterally stuck to your lips, but a little chemical in the background, no problem I'd gladly wait a week or more for this to mature. Five days later and I've had a second try, the mix has mellowed, still very nice but the intensity has gone. The thick custardy cream has all but gone and the dragon fruit has taken over, its punchy but almost no cream. Should I up the custards? Or wait another week to see how it settles?
I made another 2x30ml on the first taste so could risk expermenting as I'm also thinking that it could do with a little bite perhaps Vanilla Cream deluxe.
Any recomendations welcome.

TBH I wouldn't know if my device(s) were reading the correct or even same temperature. So far I've only used a Subtank nano with stock Ni200 coils so far. My istick 40w TC seems to be running 15-20 deg cooler than my IPv D2 and I haven't even bothered trying TC on my Sigelei yet.

wonder if they would take a trade in on a P3........
40w might be the most that could be expected, of course they will have designed safety into it in such a way that some US lawyer couldn't buy another beach house in Miami on the proceeds of a court case.
If they have listened to customers it will probably be 40w, perhaps have TC and if you are lucky it may be updateable via USB ( P3 is up to software v38)
Looks like it has a P3 thread with the poxy two piece 510 adaptor/ beauty ring that has a tendancy to come away with the tank and can be almost impossible to remove again. Which means there would be another £25 to spend buying a spare and currently only 2 tanks (kayfun and nautilus) that actually make the most of the better connection of the P3 fitting
At least it has separate menu/power buttons because the single button on the tube mod is an utter pain in the butt. The small screen as with the P3 shows all you want but means that it probably has a similar multi layered menu that takes forever to navigate.
Would I want one....yes Would I buy one.....nope

It is designed to bring you unexpected vaping experience. hmm, 3.5ml, same coils, same height with a slightly narrower tank (1mm). Basiclly all they have done is lose some of the meat from the base and top Its going to get rather warm hot and empty faster than my bank account on a Friday.
