reefcat I used to struggle & gasp for breath, walking up hills - not any more It's a brilliant feeling isn't it? My legs give out now before my breathing does, that's never happened before, and yes it's great. Feeling inspired to do more now, (although that might not last)

My original 100ml is now half empty, so did 250ml yesterday. Biggest mix I've ever done

Another vote for the subtank mini here, very good allrounder, easy to change coils, and easy to build on when you're ready

Nearly 4 months that I've been off the fags for good. Decided to dust down our bikes yesterday and try for a little blast around the local (hilly) country lanes. Did about 8k yesterday and about 10k today, not very much by most cyclists standard. However, I could breathe and get some way up the steeper bits before I had to get off & walk. My wife is astonished, these are hills I couldn't have walked up just a few months ago. I would have been gasping for breath after a few hundred meters.
Can't believe how quickly my lung capacity has improved, no wheezing, no coughing, feeling knackered but good.
Looking forward to slowly building up some fitness that I thought had disappeared and I could never get back. So now that it's cooling down a bit over here, we are going to try and get out on the bikes 3 or 4 times a week and see how it goes, little & often for now.
All down to switching to vaping, and in some part to the help and support on AAEC.

It was the subtank mini that finally got me off the fags for good. Not a cloud chaser as such, but I do like to see that I'm generating vapour. Still on 6mg nic at the moment, but have recently made a few juices to try at 5mg, & maybe ramp down slowly if they work. Loving the DNA 200 chip, mainly because it can support almost any nickel build that I can throw at it. Just need a device with decent battery life now

reefcatYes big difference, Efusion is lasting far longer and i suspect that it is a genuine 1300mah pack, where as the HCigar is a lot less imo. I am going to stick both on my Dedicated Lipoly Balance charger which will reveal the true capacity of both batteries. to hazard a guess i suspect the HCigar is actually 1000mah, or even 900mah. Ill run the test either later today or tomorrow and post the results Excellent - thank you - been very disappointed with the VT200 battery

One day there will be a vaping section in the science museum, we can walk around and say "we had one of those" back in the day.

I just checked out my old PMs and found that I bought the penelope from bluemagnum on the 13th October 2012. Also discovered an even older PM when I bought my first 6.5ml cartomizer from DiscoDes in July 2012 Perpetua is in there as well for some 501 atomizers for tasting juices, think I still have a few somewhere How time flies

Still got an original penelope, cost a fortune then. Remembering faffing about with the nores/res/nores wires as well until FT started selling them.
This prompted me to open my old vaping kit box and found a lava tube, can remember getting very excited when it first arrived. Then along came the Russian & Kayfuns, still got a load of them in the box too.
Wonder what we'll be on when the DNA 200 goes in the box.

I've got one but barely use it because the original deck is horrible to build on. I did like the vape though, once I manage to get some coils to work. Can I ask where you got the velocity style deck from please? I have heard of them but not found them in the UK.
Thanks - Bob

I really like the form factor of the HCigar VT200, but the battery isn't lasting as long as I hoped. I updated the battery capacity to 14.43 (I think it was). Now it just runs out of battery still showing 25% or so on the bar, disappointing. I thought the Efusion might feel a bit "wide" in the hand compared to the HCigar. Reassured by your description car147 might have to push the button when Vapegeek have stock again.

I just wanted to say thank you to jessica for posting these every day. Might be something wrong with me, but I look forward to trawling through the latest reports from around the world, & keeping up to date with the news.

There's a Kreeds upside down pineapple cake recipe in the mixology area. From memory it's in the desserts section near the bottom. I know I've ordered the bits & waiting for them to arrive before I try it out.
Maybe worth a look?
