So they famously changed their advertising to something really macho with cowboys in it. I've never forgotten the TV documentary about the marketing strategies of tobacco companies which featured moody shots of one of the cowboys from their original cinema ad campaign, riding the range complete with oxygen tank strapped to his back due to emphysema. Turned out he wasn't an actor but a real cowboy who was paid in free cigs. |

Signed Signed this weeks ago. What`s stopping the rest of my fellow forum members for not signing this petition. ??? It could make a major effect on our future vaping supplies and equipment, if we sit on our hands and leave it to others.(syndrome). DO IT NOW.  thank you. jeffc I only found this thread thanks to the "New Threads" button as I don't spend much time on this board. I realise it doesn't strictly belong there but might it get a better response on the main General Discussions board? If it could be stickied for a while that might help too. |

Personally I wouldn't be too hopeful of persuading the British Government not to implement any such future directive.
I think it's worth noting that it is the British Government which has set itself to tax smoking out of people's reach (which is the only reasonable explanation of the monstrous increases which they have imposed throughout the current recession). The British (& Irish) Government(s) were also pretty quick of the mark in instituting comprehensive smoking bans.
While I'm aware the EU is hardly blameless in all this, our 'anti-nanny-state' government has clearly decided that we are too stupid to be allowed to make our own decisions about this stuff.
On top of which, think how well it would play in Europe if they were seen to be acting early and draconian on this as a trade-off, eg for some deal on whether prisoners should get the vote. And the price for this would be hacking off, say, a couple of million of ordinary voters who they frankly could care less about anyway.

Maybe worth a look at Liberty Flights. I got some Vermillion River Classic Blend which was pretty good and am waiting on some of the tobacco flavours from their "Original e Liquid" range which includes some cigar flavours. www.liberty-flights.co.uk/category.asp?categoryid=5I can't reccommend as I haven't tried them yet but the advantage is they don't need steeping - although they come in PG or VG only so I've ordered both and will try & mix them up to suit. |

If you find that you've signed up to a Continuous Payment Authority or Direct Debit the company is obliged to provide info & contact details enabling you to cancel the authority/direct debit. Alternatively, simply instruct your card issuer or bank to cancel the payments. The card issuer/bank is misinformed if they say they can't do this & refer you to the trader. Jay, Yours is based on a scene from Fried Green Tomatoes At The Whistle Stop Cafe. Two teenage girls beat middle aged woman into a parking space & say "This is what you can do when you're young." Woman bashes teenager's car out of the space & says "This is what you can do when you carry plenty of insurance!" Pre-dates that by a bit. I remember reading it in my dad's Reader's Digest in the 1970s - complete with Rolls Royce and Mini. |

I haven't got there yet but I've just ordered some 0 nic juice. I suspect that I'm like clutter - I enjoy the action as well as needing a periodic hit of nicotine.
If I'm right then what started out as a way to get off the smokes is going to end up as a hobby.

I've read a couple of comments about a "Vaping Map" but can't find it. Somebody did post a link in their thread but it took me to the log-in page and wouldn't allow me to log in (I was already logged in to the page I'd followed the link from).
Search won't allow the term "map" as it is less than 4 characters.

Does anyone know if I can get a smaller condom to go on the thread end (like the ones supplied with Skycigs)? Hi frogs Completely agree with you on the neat little endcaps that come with Skycigs cartos - I use them with my Boges. Luckily I have around 20 saved from when I started on that company's products. I've been googling around to see if I could find any supplier but no luck so far. Could be my search terms as I've no idea what precisely they're called. |
