got two kayfun lites inbound. will update when they land The main problem with the Lites/Russian 92% clones are the air intake holes and air adjustment holes. When they make them it looks like they drill the air intake first, then drill and tap the air adjustment hole. This pushes a small amount of metal into the air intake hole and some of them get partially blocked. Some also get a fair amount of swarf in the same area. That's why a lot report "whistling", it literally creates a whistle. Best way is to strip it down to bare case, run a good quality 1.5mm or 1.6mm drill bit down the air intake hole, then get all the swarf out. You may also find the top of the centre tube stands proud in-between the two screws. Remove the screws and file it flat to the positive post, then gently run a 4mm drill bit into it to remove any burrs. If you leave it proud they can be prone to shorting on the coil. Again 1,6mm Stainless panheads are available on Ebay if you have any problems. I've got a genuine KFL and a Tobeco clone. With your eyes closed you wouldn't know the difference.

I've had a V2 SS Vamo from Health Cabin since they came out . . . never had any real issues, other than the Ego threading not allowing any airflow so making it useless. An issue that's been resolved in later versions as far as I know. I swapped the spring to the Silver Bullet one, it's supposed to improve something or another. www.ivapour-elixir.co.uk/silver-bullet-hot-spring.htmlI don't over tightened anything I put on it, it's been a real work horse. More than happy for what it cost. I agree completely, over tightening is probably the main reason the threads give out on the Vamo's. I've replaced 6 top caps for people in the past year or so, and when I've given them back i show them how tight to fit an attie. Usually followed by a red face. (Theirs not mine) £20 delivered from China, what better VV/VW mod can you buy for that kind of money? Punk Vam. 15 months old and still going strong. OK the chrome started to peel so I "de-chromed" it but it still works as good as the day I bought it.

I've got a couple of friends on the Aspires and they love them. The Nova size is a good compromise between size and capacity. Shame you cant re-wick them, but from what I'm told the heads last quite a while. They both swap heads and "boil wash" the used one then leave it in airing cupboard until needed. (probably 7-14 days)

I think the 3.1 is probably the best of the bunch on the FT site. Just be careful not to over-tighten the screws that hold the coil as they are very soft. Decent replacements are on Ebay. 1.6mm pan head Stainless screws. The O rings are all standard sizes and can also be found on Ebay.

Plastic syringes are not really made for "re-using", and I think the plastic bodies go out of shape very slightly. Plus after a real good wash the rubber is very dry and drags on the tube. I agree with diamic22, and find that when "wet" with a little juice it tends to solve the problem. Bit like lubricating "O" rings for the same reason.

If you want sweetner look on Amazon. Sucralose liquid sweetner. £5.20 for 33ml. I also mix quite a few flavours, but mix them separately then blend small amounts once steeped. That way you have hundreds of options. what a great idea You would have done it eventually. One flavour suggestion.......... PA or Capella Apple Pie. I mix at 15%, then use it to blend into Vanilla's, Vanilla Custards. Yum.

I am selling my Aqua and Origin mod. Didn't really want to get rid of these but need to fund a mod that I have just purchased from the USA. Here goes.................. Origin Mod Clone. (H-Cigar). Mods and Atties £34.99 + postage. This mod is fantastic quality for a clone and hits really hard in standard or Hybrid mode. Aqua Clone (Rainbow Heaven) Mods and Atties £34.19 + postage The Aqua comes with second drip tip and Hybrid connector pin. This is the best Aqua clone around in my opinion. I have an H-Cigar one which I am keeping but letting the new one go as it has only been used for a couple of tanks of juice. These two are a perfect match in Hybrid mode, but the mod hits really hard in standard setup. Total Modsandatties price inc postage = £77:13. I am asking £58 including postage for a quick sale. (battery not included, just to show size in 18650 mode)

Personally .25 kanthal and make sure the wick is hollow like a straw. Keep the legs even and defo don't over tighten the wire on the wick.

I use NicVape quite a lot and have never had a problem.
Have you tried mixing a small amount without flavour and testing it?
If your still having problems send me a couple of ml of your problem one and I will mix some here and see if it's the same.
If it's the same with all of them then I would look elsewhere.
