Remember that the 510 atty (as supplied as standard with the Tornado) is a "hit" atty. If you want the nicotine content but less "throat hit" then buy some 901 atomisers and a 510 to 901 adapter...

Thanks - tell all your friends - I need a decent sample size to justify my theory... (Which is NOT that dinosaurs were thin at each end and fat in the middle...)

I don't have a sweet tooth at all and do tend to stick to tobacco. I have enjoyed one or two chocolate based flavours - provided they are "dark" rather than "milk"

The TW batteries are excellent and highly protected - but they are relatively expensive - I've used unprotected batteries in SDs since April2009 and never had a problem - it is fair to state that you can't say any battery is completely safe, but most problems reported have been with multiple batteries devices... I've not heard of any case of exploding batteries in SDs - if there is a short, the spring will melt and cut the circuit according to trog
You have to make these sort of decisions for yourself.

The Screwdriver Mk2 from TECC is a real bargain at the moment (I have both Mk1 and 2 Screwdrivers and whilst I prefer the Mk 1, the Mk2 has been very reliable and cheap to run) I'd urge you to get one. (Read the manual, tighten the switch screw up using a "real" screwdriver, and use the right size -18350 - batteries and you shouldn't have any problems) Most problems with Screwdrivers boil down to people not using the right batteries, using damaged batteries, letting the switch become loose, or not cleaning them occasionally. These are good batteries to use with the Mk2 - they will take a couple of weeks to come though: www.kaidomain.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductId=5319

I reckon I average 50 quid or so each month - I was spending 60 quid a week on fags...

I'm a member of umpteen e-cig forums both US and UK based, and vendor and consumer based. The good ones survive...
(This one has been around for quite a while, and I really like its "small and friendly" aspect)

That's really weird Scylla - all four of the ones I got pop in and out fine with all four of my Mk1s. Makes me a bit concerned - I love them, because they really last, but it sounds like there are quality control issues possibly...

I'm now using KD's yellow 1000mah spiderfires (which are fully protected) in my Mk1. I've found them excellent but someone had problems with them fitting the Mk1...

Ah! The Gazzamiser - thought that what what you meant - if you look there is a picture of one in my blog article - they do seem to be around still but so do the other ones!
The Gazzamisers seem to need plenty of "oomph" to perform - good with fresh batteries but less good later in the battery's "cycle".

Raggy I've found the 4075 whistle tips fit the 510 atty and the round 510 carts fit the 4075 atty, as the 901 carts are shorter than the 4075 carts I'm not sure they are as good with the 510. See: ukvapers.com/blog/9/entry-22-about-mini-atomisers-and-carts/I'm planning some more articles on atties and carts... hi prof, i did read that blog, very useful. to be honest i was looking more for that newcomer i got from trog, the dish like ones. to be honest i found them awful, but never really found out from trog what they really were, he had never seen any like it either. raggy......... Raggy - not sure what you mean - do you mean 901 atties you got from trog? Could you photo one?
