Someone saw a glass drip tip sticking out from my shirt pocket the other day and asked if I was diabetic, I pulled the mod out and replied 'wait 'til you see the size of the needle that fits on this glass bit', mortified is too mild a word really for their expression.

I've never had a problem with anything from China, I buy badger hair shaving brushes from a Chinese vendor who supplies the big names over here and have never had any extra charges from customs or RM.

I'd deffo be interested, can't have enough batteries! I must try and link up with you re Hackspace when you get back to the smoke, I've managed to organise my time better these days, evenings have been hectic of late which is why I haven't gotten back to you regarding a visit.

Thumbs down for thumb screws! The ones fitted to the positive post in my UD AGA-TD are way too small to tighten down properly without using needle nosed pliers or sturdy tweezers.

The R&D got rushed a bit on that one. Note how the atty covers nearly a third of one fixing screw but nearly misses the other in picture five? And it's just where one would see it while vaping, that would drive me nuts.

M3 is the wick holes, the others are M2.5 e: the last two I got did have ss screws and grub screw to plus the 2nd wick hole if using single coil, but I use ribbon Kanthal and prefer slight larger head Philips screws. My eyes are getting worse!

You can source the screws on e bay You need Stainless Steel (which won't corrode) I believe the thread size is M2.5 (Metric 2.5mm), though I haven't actually measured it. I haven't swapped out the washers on mine but stainless steel would be a preferred choice as well, the washers are the small metal discs that actually trap the wire under the screw on the positive post.
Sizes changed thanks to Vapingbad.

Mine is from FT as well, I've also replaced the screws with SS torx heads, not had a problem with O ring seals so far. Oh and bought a spare Pyrex tank while I was at it, cheap as chips.

osdset have you thought about putting a scratching post in the lounge. I have 7 cats and none of the scratch my leather settees. Yeah, tried that without success. It's not just the furniture, I have a lot of things in the lounge that are susceptible to cat damage and he is a clumsy oaf.

I have similar issues with Jaffa my lunatic ginger tom. He is currently barred from the lounge due to his inability to understand that my leather settees are not convenient scratching posts so he spends most of his time wandering in and out of the kitchen via the garden, if all is quiet I don't hear a peep from him, however if I'm talking to someone or the TV is on he launches himself yowling at the kitchen door in an attempt to attract my attention, this is followed by pathetic baby like meowing. Honestly, anyone would think he is being murdered the racket he makes, I do show him a good measure of affection but he is a greedy swine.

Apparently if you tell Jo Wit's "I'm an Anabaptist" they go mental and run away. My sis in law told me so and she's a teacher so knows shiz, yo. So open the door wearing a straw hat and a fake beard then? Cool.

Mormons are much more fun than JW's, you can verbally abuse a Mormon for hours and they just stand there and smile moronically.

The 4nine was a good buy in both SS and brass, as for a copper mod? I'd be seriously worried about the threads holding up with use, copper is a great conductor but is way too soft to cut fine threads and expect them to last.
