PS I'm pretty sure that under the Distance Selling Regulations you should be able to return any unopened and unused purchase without a problem. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you.

Hi Rain. I'm pretty new to this too, only about a month into it. I found this forum by accident and I'm so glad I did. On the strength of advice here I got a DSE 901 plus some liquid from paradise vape (Chrissie's link) and I haven't looked back. The people here won't let you go wrong, and there's always someone around to answer questions and offer support. I love 'em all.

I'm glad it wasn't just me. Chrissie I'm not surprised you don't have much spare time, you do such a great job here not only giving information but worrying about everyone's problems and worries! No question ever goes unanswered. A lot of us would never have got this far without you.

Hi Lisa. Not sure if it's me but the first link in your post (to cloud 9) doesn't seem to work, the second one to the forum does. I can get there from my bookmark though. Apologies for mentioning it if it's just me.

Chrissie I think that's the same Abe you saw on the TW forum. I found it on an oldish (2009) posting by googling for something unrelated. I'm not very good at links but this might help. forum.totallywicked-eliquid.co.uk/index.php?topic=666.0I looked up the web designing site it mentioned (Design Fly Ltd I think) and the technical director was the same name. I'm like a dog with a flipping bone sometimes!

This is what I saw, but I might have the wrong end of the stick completely: Wicked Uk. Staff= Myself, Alex Admin and Pa,Louise (Alex P/T assistant) Mark and Brett Store room and Packers. Ancillary = Abe who runs the Design Fly, They host and have helped market TW. I'm too nosy for my own good, and I had to check whether that was the same Abe and it was. But I don't know what an ancillary is, I'm probably just being paranoid and frightening myself!

Late last night I was browsing, and just by accident I discovered that Abe of Liberty Flights has business links to TECC/TW. I dropped off to sleep wondering if that's where LF get their supplies from. I know it's childish and vengeful :-[ but I'd hate to add a penny to TECC's profits after their shoddy treatment. I also saw some speculation that the TECC half-price sale is designed to drive the competition out of business. I know it's just speculation, but I sooo hope it's not true. If it's the only game in town my vaping goose is cooked. (I'm safe from being tempted to buy anything from TW anyway because I hate their branding logo. Probably just another sign of how daft I am!)

Hi Steve and welcome. I'm new myself, and what a friendly place it is! Funnily enough I stumbled in here after reading a post on ebay a few weeks ago, so it's got its uses (ebay I mean). I found out everything I needed to know here, sure you will too.

Hello and welcome to you both. I'm quite new to this myself, and before long there will be lots of great advice and encouragement from people who know much more than me, I've never known such a friendly and helpful place! But my history is similar to yours so I'll give you my little help while you wait. After reading advice here I started off with a 901 because it was the closest thing in looks to a real ciggie and I was happy with it right from the start. I decided to try a 510 as well, and I like that too but I still prefer my 901. My 510 is manual (you press a button) and lots of people prefer that, but I seem to like the automatic 901. It's just a matter of choice. My only other useful advice is to buy from a good seller like those they recommend here. Cloud9 and Liberty Flights are both brilliant for example. Months ago I tried an e-cig from a mail order catalogue and it was so useless it put me off the whole idea until I stumbled across the advice here. Then recently I bought some spare batteries etc from a different company because they were going cheap, and they didn't work. The frustration put me back on cigarettes for a day or two (but a couple of visits here cheered me up and I'm happily puffing on my 901 as I write!) Good luck to you both and I look forward to seeing you here in future.

Have a great time, Ken, hope you don't get too rusty! I'll need to brush up on some essential Greek phrases soon ready for my next holiday in a couple of weeks. The only ones I remember are 'two beers please' and 'do you sell Benson & Hedges'

{{{Chrissie}}} You are so kind, but please don't worry. I'm totally happy with all the supplies I've had from everywhere else, and I won't let this little setback put me off. Writing about it here got it off my chest and now I'm happy to put it out of my mind. I know it's difficult for firms to guarantee consumables like these and you are bound to get some failures. Probably the fact I found the batteries AND the atomizers faulty made them think I was a terminal whinger and not the sort of customer they want. Other people seem to have had a much more positive experience of TECC.

I should just add, for the sake of fairness, that I also bought a 510 starter kit and a 510 PCC from TECC. Those items seem fine. (Both of the provided atomizers died within a week but I know atomizers are the weakest link.) Off to deepest Dartmoor for the weekend in the morning, will catch up with you all in a couple of days.
