If you already have some higher strength e liquid, then the cheapest way to lower the strength would be to just buy some propylene glycol (or other diluent such as vegetable glycerine) to cut it with.
There are quite a few E liquid calculators online, where you can enter the strength and amount of of e liquid you currently have and the strength and amount you want to make, to calculate the quantity of PG to add to what you have to get the strength you want.

Sorry, I was not aware of the rule about linking to vendors websites...duly noted, I better read through the rules! Thanks for the feedback about the price, I will look into that, and maybe need to reduce the prices to be competitive. The reason the site says 10ml is because the bottles purchased were supposed to be 10ml, but putting 10ml in them they did not look full enough to me, so they are filled right up which is actually 15ml, the website is in the process of being updated with that fact. Thanks for suggesting to introduce E Liquid Labs, I was not sure whether that was appropriate to do so, but I will do, I will start a thread. Apologies again for breaking the rules already  |

E Liquid Labs has flavours made by the Perfumers Apprentice in USA
The tobacco flavour is quite sweet and nutty, said to be like 555 and RY4. Also menthol, cappuccino coffee, black cherry, banana cream and french vanilla. All food grade , water soluble and mixed with PG. Although it says 10ml, you actually get 15ml in those bottles.
My favourite is banana cream. I use it in food too, just a couple of drops in ice cream or yogurt, or a hot drink, is yummy.
Not yet available, but coming soon, is Cupcake flavour and a new clear coffee flavour, again made by The Perfumers Apprentice in USA.

I did put on weight when I quit tobacco cigarettes, but then once I started vaping I was able to get that weight back off. i use e juice with nicotine in it , not nicotine free, as nicotine free might make you feel hungry. Damn weight gain, i love my food.  |

I wouldnt have thought that leaving flavours out would cause the flavor to go. They do have a shelf life of about 18mths, but even so a flavour may change over time somewhat, but not go.
Is it possible the flavour had settled in the bottle, maybe needed a shake, perhaps you just got PG or whatever diluent it was mixed with?

Also love films, tonight i watched "Surrogate", a futuristic film about a world where everyone had a robot double that lived their life for them, whilst they lay in bed. You can probably imagine the outcome!

The good news though is that they cant really ban them, because unlike tobacco cigs, they leave no trace. We will just have to go stealth, and vape subtly without them knowing  |

I have 11 dead batteries from Titan 510, if that is what you are looking for. I have no use for them, i dont know why I kept them, I think they were just too shiny to throw away. They are manual batteries, and have the screw end, is that what you are looking for? If it is pm me your address and i will pop them in the post.

Like others here I guess my doc put me down as a non smoker after getting patches off her some years back. I never told her I had quit, so it must just be that. Makes you think about the stats for quitting smoking from patches, I wonder if they collect data from drs, as if so the stats are probably way off.

It is legal to vape on trains, as far as I know, as it is anywhere. Like you though, I try to be discreet, because most people assume you are smoking and get terribly confused when they cant smell smoke...you see their brains whirring as to what they can actually complain about... Not long ago I was taking a few subtle puffs whilst down an aisle in Waitrose, suddenly a woman with a walkie talkie came rushing into the aisle staring daggers at me. Then she got all bewildered and started walking in circles speaking quietly into her walkie talkie. I felt sure that I had been spotted on camera looking like I was smoking and she had come to collar me. She looked so disappointed. |

Also 2 years without a cigarette and on very low strength e liquid, I use under 5mg strength, which is hardly anything. Of course the tobacco companies and big pharmaceutical companies have a vested interest in making e cigs out to be bad, as they have spent billions promoting their own products. They would not want a product that helps people get off the 4000 nasty chemicals in tobacco smoke to do that well as it would be competition for their own products.
